USA Tourist Visa Requirement

• Passport with validity of more than six months.
• Online form duly filled by applicant.
• Covering letter addressed to The Visa Officer, Embassy Of United States Of America from the applicant on company letterhead stating his name, designation, purpose and duration of visit.
• Ticket ( Not mandatory )
• Any hotel
• Original Personal Bank Statement for the last 6 months.
• Personal Income Tax paper for the last 3 years.
• Salary slip 6 month
• NOC From company
• Vaccine certificate both dose
• Any support documents FD, Property paper etc.
